Job Title: Field Coordinator

Location: Mathura District, Uttar Pradesh

CTC: Up to ₹18,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory: Two-wheeler (bike or scooty)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits across the Meerut district as per assigned schedules.

Coordinate with schools, training centers, community partners, and local authorities.

Support the implementation of projects, training programs, and field activities.

Monitor and report daily field activities, attendance, and progress.

Collect data, feedback, and documents from the field.

Resolve on-ground issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports to the Head Office.

Eligibility & Skills Required:
1-3 years of experience in field coordination, operations, education, NGO,



or skill development projects preferred.

Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooty) with a valid driving license.

Willing to travel daily across the Meerut district.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting formats.
