As the Gem Portal Executive or Tender Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the effective management of online platforms. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of customer engagement, product listings, Tender submission and productive communication. Operating from our Jaipur location, you will be responsible for navigating India Mart, Gem Portal ant other online platforms, tracking and managing enquiries, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Enquiry Management:
- Utilize Gem Portal, India Mart to search for potential business enquiries.
- Daily tracking of enquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with stake holders and customers to gather additional information and address inquiries.

Product Upload and Maintenance:
- Manage the upload of products on India Mart and Gem Portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Regularly update product listings with relevant details to enhance visibility.





Customer Interaction:
- Engage in effective communication with customers, providing detailed information and addressing queries.
- Facilitate customer follow-ups to nurture relationships and build trust.

Order Conversion:
- Work towards converting relevant enquiries into orders by providing necessary information and assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a seamless conversion process.
- Maintain organized records of enquiries, responses, and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
