Private Equity Fundraising Partner (USD 25M Capital Raise Lead) - Legal & Mortgage Tech (India + Global Investors)
Engagement: Partner / Advisor / Fractional / Full-time (as per fit)
Location: India (Gurgaon/Delhi) with investor travel (Mumbai/Dubai/Singapore/UK/US as needed)

We are seeking a seasoned Private Equity Fundraising Partner to structure, lead, and close a USD 25M fundraising round for a high-impact LegalTech + MortgageTech platform. The role owns the end-to-end capital raise lifecycle:investment thesis → investor targeting → outreach → meetings → diligence → term sheet → closing.

This role is ideal for a professional with direct access to PE/VC/HNI/Family Office decision-makers and a proven track record raising USD 10M-50M.

CAPITAL RAISE MANDATE
- Target Raise:USD 25,000,000:
- Instruments (adaptable): Equity / SAFE / Convertible / Structured instruments (as per investor appetite)
- Use of Funds: Product scale, compliance, partnerships, team build, market expansion, GTM
- Investor Types: PE funds, VC growth funds,



strategic investors, HNIs, family offices, global syndicates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (END-TO-END)1) Fundraising Strategy & Positioning
- Build and sharpen the investment narrative (problem, moat, model, traction, expansion plan)
- Define round structure: valuation rationale, security type, governance, milestones, reporting cadence
- Advise founders on capital strategy (one close vs tranches; lead investor vs syndicate)

2) Investor Network & Outreach
- Create investor universe:100-300 qualified investors (India + global)
- Warm introductions preferred; manage structured outbound for gaps
- Manage investor pipeline: outreach, follow-ups, sequencing, meeting scheduling

3) Investor Materials & Data Room Readiness
- Lead creation/refinement of:
- Pitch deck (10-15 slides)
- Financial model (3-5 year + unit economics)
- Information memorandum (IM)
- Cap table + use-of-funds plan
- Due diligence checkl
