JOB TITLE: Security Supervisor

HOTEL: Ranavilas Palace

LOCATION: Jaipur

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations of the hotel premises
- Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, property, and assets
- Monitor entry and exit points, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems
- Deploy and manage security guards, duty rosters, and shift schedules
- Conduct regular security checks, patrolling, and inspections
- Handle emergency situations, crowd control, and incident management
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required
- Maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily security records
- Ensure compliance with hotel security SOPs and safety standards
- Train security staff on discipline, guest handling, and emergency procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be an Ex-Army personnel or Ex-Police officer (mandatory)




- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in security supervision preferred
- Strong leadership, discipline, and alertness
- Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Physically fit and medically cleared

PREFERRED PROFILE:
- Experience in hotel, heritage property, or large premises security
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols
