- A creative and curious mind that constantly looks for new content ideas
- Basic understanding of social media tools and hashtag usage
- Robust research skills with the ability to identify trends early
- A habit of being an active, regular social media scroller
- Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and copywriting principles
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly

Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily research of content ideas, trends, and formats for posts and reels




- Assisting with posting and scheduling content across all social media platforms
- Supporting the team in preparing and maintaining the social media content calendar
- Conducting competitor research and identifying what’s working in the market
- Tracking trending audios, hashtags, and content patterns relevant to different industries
- Assisting in writing captions, hooks, and basic content copies
- Coordinating with designers and content team for smooth content execution
- Monitoring post performance and noting insights for improvement

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
