Sales Coordinator cum Tracking Executive

Job Summary:
Sales Coordinator (Tracking) will be responsible for monitoring and controlling sales persons’ daily activities through CRM, including time-in, time-out, customer visit tracking, follow-ups, and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Time-In / Time-Out Tracking
- Monitor daily time-in and time-out of sales persons through CRM / mobile app
- Verify login location and timing
- Identify late login, early logout, or missed punches
- Share attendance & working hour reports with management

Visit Tracking (Field Sales)
- Track planned vs actual customer visits in CRM
- Monitor visit time, location (GPS), and duration
- Ensure proper visit check-in and check-out by sales persons
- Follow up with sales persons for missed or fake visits
- Validate visit remarks, photos, and customer feedback

Sales Activity & CRM Monitoring
- Ensure all activities are properly updated in CRM
- Track leads, follow-ups, orders, and collections entries
- Identify incomplete or incorrect CRM data




- Coordinate with sales team for corrections

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports:
- Time-in / time-out report
- Visit report
- Productivity & performance report
- Share tracking summary with Sales Manager / Management
- Support sales team with CRM-related issues

Discipline & Compliance
- Ensure 100% CRM usage by sales team
- Enforce discipline in time and visit reporting
- Highlight repeated defaulters to management

Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM / Sales Tracking Software
- Basic understanding of GPS & mobile-based tracking
- Valuable coordination & follow-up skills
- MS Excel & reporting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle field sales teams firmly

Experience Preferred
- 1-3 years in Sales Coordination / CRM / MIS / Sales Operations
- Experience in Field Sales Tracking will be an advantage
