Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners and buyers
- Coordinate installation activities with OEMs and service teams and confirm completion
- Follow up for POD, Installation Certificates, and other related documents
- Update delivery and installation status in internal tracking sheets and systems
- Communicate with buyers and OEMs to resolve delays or operational issues
- Escalate pending, delayed, or risk cases to the internal team in a timely manner

Skills Required
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

Work Mode
- 100% office-based (Indore)
- Coordination work only (no field visits)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
