Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently to clients
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets
- Handle customer objections professionally and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Confident speaking ability and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work on-site and handle pressure to meet targets

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools or call management systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
