1. Artwork Review & Packaging QA:
- Review artwork files for accuracy in layout, color, and design elements of laminates, corrugated boxes, labels, stickers, etc.
- Ensuring that each artwork complies with FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other regulatory standards.
- Validate key elements like nutrition panels, MRP, Net Weight, batch coding, expiry, barcode and other statutory details are correctly place on all artworks.
- Verification of the reports of the vendor samples.
- Verification of the inspection report of the incoming packaging materials for print & quality consistency.

2. Artwork & Content Development:
- Design and develop complete packaging artwork for new and existing products in collaboration with external designers.
- Create & refine on-pack text content including product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions (if any), taglines, nutritional claims, legal declarations, etc.

3. Vendor & Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Communicate with suppliers for artwork corrections,



sample approvals, material delivery & quality resolutions.
- Raise debit notes for non-compliance or vendor-related packaging errors.
- Work closely with Procurement, NPD, Marketing, Production teams to ensure smooth execution of current packaging launches.

4. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain artwork version control, regulatory checklist, and approval records.
- Stay updated with the latest food packaging laws, consumer labelling rules, and FSSAI amendments.

5. Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in artwork review processes and supplier quality performance.

6. Traceability:
- Track and manage all packaging-related documents including proof approvals, supplier communication, and regulatory files.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
