1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for mechanical equipment, parts, and services.

2. Tendering and Negotiation: Prepare and issue tenders, negotiate prices, and terms with suppliers.

3. Purchase Order Management: Create, manage, and track purchase orders for mechanical equipment, parts, and services.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of mechanical parts and equipment.

5. Quality Control: Ensure that purchased mechanical equipment, parts, and services meet quality and technical specifications.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage procurement budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost savings.

7. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
