About Samata Health

Samata Health is a mental health startup offering a premium employee mental health benefit for small and midsize businesses. We host networks of excellent therapists around the world where our clients have employees. On our HIPAA-compliant, digital platform, employees can search for therapists by clinical specialties, cultural competencies and more. Perks of working with us include:
- $125 USD per 45-minute therapy session
- Therapists are paid within 2-3 business days.
- In-person & telehealth options (up to you).
- There are no minimum or maximum client numbers. Therapists can accept as many or as few clients as they’d like.
- Therapists are in control of their own schedule.
- We work outside of insurance so no need to be paneled or deal with the hassle of insurance.

Requirements:
Applicants must be therapists with a practice and must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in a related field and speak basic English to navigate the platform. Therapy sessions can be conducted in your native language

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: ₹10,340.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Therapy sessions scheduled through Samata Health may be in-person or remote, depending on the therapist's preference and current COVID-19 safety regulations.
