Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Banga with a strong focus on paid advertising and lead management to drive qualified inquiries and optimize conversion funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads tailored for lead generation.

Manage end-to-end ad lead workflows, including instant form setup, CRM integration, lead tracking, qualification pipelines, and follow-up synchronization.

Implement SEO strategies (on-page, technical, keyword targeting) to drive qualified organic inbound leads.

Oversee Social Media Marketing to maintain brand presence, run organic lead campaigns,



and engage audiences.

Track conversion metrics using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager to lower cost-per-lead (CPL) and maximize ROAS.

Coordinate with creative and web teams to design high-converting ad creatives, forms, and landing pages.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.

Proven expertise in Lead Management (Meta Lead Ads, instant forms, CRM lead routing, and lead tracking).

Solid analytical skills with experience in GA4, Pixel tracking, and CPL optimization.

Excellent communication and ad copywriting skills.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Banga.
