ROLE SUMMARY
LANDVISTA is seeking a Source & Relationship Intelligence Analyst to build and govern relationships with landowners, sellers, authorised representatives, brokers, intermediaries and local intelligence sources across priority territories. The role combines relationship development, source intelligence, opportunity sourcing, stakeholder verification and controlled handoff of qualified land opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain professional relationships with landowners, sellers, authorised representatives, brokers, intermediaries and credible local sources.
• Develop territory-wise relationship and source coverage across priority villages, sectors, corridors and land markets.




• Identify credible land availability, off-market and early-stage prospect signals and enter them into the controlled opportunity process.
• Maintain structured stakeholder profiles, contact history, relationship status, source classification and material communication records.
• Verify source identity, credibility, seller intent and claimed representation authority before treating information as established.
• Assess source reliability, maintain recurring-source due diligence and identify source concentration, conflict, restriction or misconduct risk.
• Detect duplicate opportunities, multi-broker representation, conflicting claims and misleading or unsupported representations.
• Capture indicative seller expectations with source and date; never present them as LANDVISTA valuation, accepted price or investor offer.
