We're not looking for someone who reads a script. We're looking for someone who can get a "who's calling?" into a booked discovery call — day after day, without flinching at rejection.

Qualifications




Proficiency in outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo or similar platforms, along with experience managing contact lists and tracking outreach activities.
Strong cold calling and telephone communication skills, including the ability to handle objections, ask probing questions, and build rapport with diverse prospects.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management, preferably within creative, marketing, or digital services contexts.
Effective written communication skills for crafting brief outreach messages, follow-up notes, and clear documentation of call outcomes.
Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced, cooperative environment with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and production.
Ability to stay organized, meet daily call and conversion targets, and use data or feedback to refine outreach strategies.
