As we scale our business, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our Automobile vertical and drive revenue across a diverse portfolio of media and event solutions.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to own and grow the Automobile vertical within our Activation Sales division. Based out of Ahmedabad, this role requires extensive pan-India travel to engage with clients, dealerships, and industry stakeholders across markets. You'll be responsible for selling curated events, media solutions (Print Ads, OOH, Radio), and our proprietary IPs — including Auto de Luxe, The Drift Jam, and more — while building and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution for the Automobile vertical




Drive revenue across curated events, media solutions (Print, OOH, Radio), and proprietary IPs (Auto de Luxe, The Drift Jam, and others)
Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve targets
Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with overall business goals
Travel extensively across India to meet clients, attend events, and explore new market opportunities
Identify and onboard recent automobile brands/clients while deepening relationships with existing accounts
Develop and pitch customized sponsorship and media packages tailored to client objectives
Collaborate with marketing, events, and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategy
Represent Aver Media at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums pan-India
