We specialize in rooftop solar, on-grid and hybrid systems, project planning, system design, installation, and after-sales support. Our goal is to help customers reduce electricity costs while moving towards clean and sustainable energy.
Role: Solar Sales Executive
This is a full-time, in office position based in Mathura.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify residential & commercial solar leads
Conduct customer meetings and site visits
Understand electricity consumption and recommend suitable solar solutions
Prepare quotations and proposals
Explain solar systems, savings, and available policies/incentives
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects
Negotiate and close sales as per company policies




Coordinate with technical and installation teams
Maintain sales records, leads, and customer follow-ups
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
Requirements
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems
Ability to understand electricity bills and energy requirements
Comfortable with field visits and local travel
Basic knowledge of digital tools and documentation
Solar/energy sales experience will be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred
