Incentive: Closure-based commission on eligible business successfully converted and payment received from the client
Post-Internship Opportunity: Full time employment based on performance, business requirements, and successful completion of the internship.

There is no fixed stipend or monthly salary during the 6-month internship.
Interns are eligible for closure-based commission for qualifying business opportunities they contribute to that successfully convert into paying clients.
Commission becomes payable based on the applicable internal commission structure and after Magnetar AI receives the corresponding client payment.




Successful completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee employment. High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time Product Marketing role with a fixed salary, subject to performance evaluation and business requirements.
About the Role
Magnetar AI Solutions LLP is looking for a Product Marketing Intern who can bridge the gap between Product, Market, Customer, and Growth.
This is not a conventional social-media marketing internship. You will work closely with the Founder and Product, Business, and Technical teams to understand our technology solutions, identify the right markets and customers, develop compelling product positioning, support go-to-market execution, and help convert market opportunities into business.
