This role is focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality processing and distribution of client communications across domestic and international channels. You will manage orders from initial processing through successful completion, while proofreading, formatting, and quality-checking content before distribution. The position combines editorial precision, operational coordination, and client service in a fast-paced environment. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve requests, and maintain consistently high service standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent English skills will be essential as you handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive deliverables. Accountabilities:
Process, proofread, format,



and distribute client copy across domestic and international circuits, ensuring content is delivered accurately and within the required timelines.
Verify that content is distributed to the correct circuit at the specified time and that website submissions contain the appropriate media assets, industry, subject, and geographic coding.
Review press releases and related content for syntax, punctuation, formatting, attribution, regulatory requirements, accuracy, and overall acceptability without creating content from scratch.
Manage client orders through successful completion while understanding client needs, providing editorial guidance, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders by responding effectively to requests, understanding objectives, and supporting initiatives that improve client satisfaction.
