Senior Testing Analyst
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leads internal and external audit projects, and ensures follow up with a timely response on corrective action.
- Appraises the correctness and efficiency of testing methods, analyzes and presents the results of testing sessions, and troubleshoots technical problems and issues.
- Implements testing tools and processes for use in projects, and directs the selection of testing tools and approaches.
- Monitors the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
- Presents metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented IT changes have made to the organization.

Required Skills:
- 6 to 8 years functional testing experience with strong functional knowledge in various HCM domains like, ESS/MSS, Comp, Absence management,
Time & Labor, Recruiting, Payroll & Security setup on Workday
- Excellent data analysis skills. Solid experience in data validation (table/file validation) testing. Strong in SQL
- Strong testing experience in Workday integrations, regression, system & end to end testing
- Automation scripting experience on at least one Web-UI automation tools
- Experience on Performance Testing (added advantage)
- Excellent communication & team building skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, business units within a matrix organizations
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop & execute test scenarios for integration, functional & end to end testing. Ensure defect free deliverables including functional & integration testing on Workday platform
