Role Description The Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



The individual in this role will manage and grow client relationships by understanding real estate needs, presenting suitable property options, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging new leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities, prepare proposals and documentation, and provide post-sale support to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. This role also involves meeting sales and revenue targets, staying updated on market trends, and representing Square Yards with a professional and customer-centric approach.
