To lead business solutions for onboarding applications and arrive at optimized, compliant & effective solutions across various channels for customer onboarding including Video KYC & EKYC solutions

Define framework for creating Business requirements by engaging with stakeholders
Review of DMTs for onboarding and converting them to optimized solution via BRD
Ensure business requirements are created with optimized solutions which is replicable and reusable
Understanding of business cases and coordination with stakeholders
Documentation with respect to Onboarding, VKYC, EKYC & PAN
Review of PPAC to ensure BRD is aligned to PPAC
Maintain Book of work across the vertical
Documentation of existing solutions to streamline the applications (e.g. fields in Newgen, FCR, logs etc.)
Ensure Compliances as per guidleines
Timely closure of BRD & FSD
