Liaising with Govt. authorities, and regulatory authorities to obtain plan sanctions/clearances and well versed with revenue laws.
Liaison with various departments such as HMDA, EC, Airport, Fire, SRO, MRO, etc to obtain the necessary clearances and No Objection certificates.
Liaising with various Government Departments relating to revenue matters.
Coordinating with external agencies wherever it is required and needed to complete the assigned work.
Complete understanding and familiarity with the real estate industry documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,892.96 per month
