Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring at Virallens across specialized tech and AI roles, non-technical roles, creative roles.

The role will initially focus on interview scheduling, candidate coordination, ATS management, recruitment tracking, and hiring operations. As you grow,



you will gradually take ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, LinkedIn recruitment, employer branding, recruitment events, and end-to-end hiring for assigned positions.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, founders, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to keep hiring processes structured, efficient, and candidate-friendly.
This role demands strong organization, proactive follow-ups, attention to detail, and the ability to work with speed. We are hiring on an immediate basis, so you must be an immediate joiner or available within a very short notice period.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews, assessments, assignments, reschedules, and communication between candidates and interview panels
Support end-to-end recruitment across specialized tech and AI roles, non-technical roles, creative roles, and leadership positions
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview stage
