Role Description The Sales Operations Intern role at OLL.co is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support the sales team in managing lead data, updating CRM entries, and tracking sales activities and performance metrics. Daily tasks include preparing reports and dashboards,
coordinating with internal teams to streamline sales processes, and assisting with documentation for partnerships and institutional clients. The intern will help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, respond to basic inquiries, and support follow-up communication to improve conversion and retention. This role offers exposure to sales operations in the education technology sector and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
