About the role
The ‘Data Quality Specialist’ will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of our organization’s master data. He/She will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identify trends, defining KPI’s and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. He/She will leverage skills in statistical analysis, SQL, PLSQL, Advanced Excel,



Power BI to drive insights and improvements in data quality and usability.
Data Quality Management:
Ensure data quality by analyzing, profiling, and monitoring data to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and targets.
Data Governance:
This role will interface with data governance frameworks, processes, and controls.
Define data quality rules, data lineage, and data classification.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Generate data quality reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights.
Provide recommendations and action plans to improve data quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with Data Quality, Data governance, business users, data owners, and I
