About the Role
WallsToWonder is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our growing team.
This is a great chance for a fresher who wants hands-on experience in sales, business development and working with an early-stage technology startup.
In this role, you will primarily connect with interior designers and interior design companies across India, introduce them to WallsToWonder, understand their business needs and help them join and grow on our platform.
Responsibilities
Connect with interior designers and interior companies through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Introduce WallsToWonder and clearly communicate how the platform can help interior professionals.
Onboard new designers and companies onto the platform.
Help professionals claim and complete their WallsToWonder profiles.
Introduce relevant professionals to WallsToWonder’s WonderPro offering.
Follow up with interested professionals and build long-term relationships.
Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.




Collect feedback from designers and share insights with the team.
Work toward weekly onboarding and business development goals.
Collaborate directly with the founding team on growth initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
Interest in sales, business development and relationship building.
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and online business tools.
Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We care more about communication skills, confidence and willingness to learn.
