Naapbooks builds and sells its own software products — VizMan (visitor and gate management), EZEO ERP, EZEO (Supply Chain) and InsiderQ — to businesses across Gujarat and the rest of India.

The Sales Executive owns both halves of the pipeline. Enquiries come in from our marketing campaigns, and you qualify them, demo, quote, negotiate and close. Alongside that you create your own leads — meeting prospects in the field, working exhibitions and industry seminars, and building a network across Gujarat businesses. Neither half is optional.

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate your own leads — meet prospects in the field, work your network, and open doors that no campaign is going to open for you.

Work exhibitions, trade fairs and seminars — represent Naapbooks on the floor, demo the product live, and come back with a qualified, contactable list. Follow up on everyone you met promptly.

Build a territory — industrial estates, hospitals, schools, housing societies, facility management firms and business associations across Ahmedabad and the rest of Gujarat.





Own your pipeline in the CRM — every lead, whether you created it or it came from a campaign, is qualified, updated and moved forward or closed with a reason.

Run product demos — online and at the customer's office, independently, once trained.

Qualify early — budget, decision-maker, timeline and use case, before investing a demo in it.

Quote and negotiate — prepare quotations to company pricing conventions and follow up on a defined cadence.

Close and hand over — convert to Sales Order and introduce the customer to the delivery team cleanly.

Grow existing accounts — upsell additional modules and renewals into existing customers.

Report weekly — pipeline, activity and forecast.

Requirements

0 to 5 years in sales. Robust freshers and experienced closers will both be considered, at different levels.
