Role Overview
The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst (Hands-on Development Lead) is a seasoned professional role combining technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on engineering. In this role, you will act as the primary technical lead, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs) to translate requirements into robust technical designs, lead the design and development of API contracts in coordination with dependent teams, and actively contribute to coding using Angular and Spring Boot microservices.
Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to drive engineering efficiency, track projects end-to-end from the requirement phase through post-production support, and maintain the flexibility to support non-IST working hours as required by global project needs.
This role applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge,



contributing to the development of recent techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows. It requires an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function, as well as coordination and contribution to the objectives of the function and overall business. You will evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. You will regularly assume informal/formal leadership roles within teams, including coaching and training new recruits, and influencing strategic decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitation.
