As an Oracle FDI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to transform data into actionable insights, focusing on data collection, cleansing, transformation, modeling, visualization, and analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database,



Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Machine Learning.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.
