About the role
Splash Textures makes decorative Italian wall and floor finishes for premium residential and commercial projects. This role drives specification and sales through the architect and interior designer community in Bangalore — the primary channel for a materials brand like this.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and design studios across Bangalore
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present the product range, finishes, and application samples
Convert designer relationships into project specifications and material orders
Maintain a structured pipeline — designer contacts, meeting notes, follow-ups, project status
Coordinate site visits and sample demonstrations with the studio/application team




Represent Splash Textures at design events, expos, and vendor meets where relevant
Report weekly on meetings held, pipeline movement, and closed business

Requirements
1–3 years of field sales experience in building materials, interiors, décor, or a related B2B category
Comfortable meeting architects/interior designers directly and pitching a premium product
Based in Bangalore, willing to travel across the city for client meetings
Solid communication and relationship-building skills; presentable and confident in client-facing settings
