Role Description The Sales Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for training and upskilling sales teams to effectively communicate Motion’s value to students and families. This role includes designing and delivering sales training programs, conducting onboarding sessions for new sales team members,



and running regular refresher trainings and workshops. The Sales Trainer will observe sales interactions, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training materials, scripts, and best-practice guides aligned with Motion’s values and offerings. The role also involves collaborating with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, track training outcomes, and continuously improve training content and methods. The Sales Trainer will ensure that all customer-facing staff uphold high standards of communication, customer service, and integrity in their daily work.
