Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive – Influencer Marketing who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into business.
The role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across brands and agencies, building relationships with marketing decision-makers, understanding client requirements, and positioning Wondrlab Martech Platforms’ influencer marketing capabilities as solutions to real business and communication challenges.
The ideal candidate is commercially curious, well-networked, digitally savvy and genuinely understands the creator economy . You should be comfortable speaking to brands, agencies and creators alike—and equally comfortable chasing a lead, building a pitch and closing a deal.

What You'll Do1. New Business & Lead Generation
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across relevant industries and categories.
- Research brands, marketing trends, campaign activity and influencer spends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prospect through LinkedIn,



email, industry networks, events, referrals and existing relationships.
- Initiate conversations with brand marketing teams, digital heads, social media teams, agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel from prospecting to closure.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, budgets and campaign requirements.
- Conduct discovery conversations and translate client needs into relevant influencer marketing solutions.
- Act as a credible and consultative business partner rather than simply a service salesperson.
- Maintain regular engagement with key prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
