About This Role IdentityIn is looking for a Co-Founder who is also a Strategic Partner and Investor — someone who brings not just domain credibility and hands-on involvement, but also a genuine ownership stake in the company's outcome. This is a founding-team role, not an advisory or consulting engagement: you will help shape the direction of the business, not just comment on it.
This role is offered purely on an equity basis — there is no salary component at this stage. It is best suited to someone who believes deeply in IdentityIn's vision and wants to build it as a genuine co-owner, rather than someone seeking near-term cash compensation.
