We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, inventory accounting, and compliance for our Mumbai office and associated factory/warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Tally, GST and FMCG distribution accounting, and be comfortable working closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams.

Role Description
- Record daily transactions in Tally / Focus (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries).
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, sundry debtors/creditors, and bank accounts (BRS).
- Manage accounts receivable: raise invoices, track collections, follow up with distributors, modern-trade, and e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms
- Manage accounts payable: process vendor bills, factory expenses, packaging material purchases,



and coordinate payment cycles.
- Ensure accurate GST-compliant invoicing for all channels (distributors, modern trade, e-commerce, exports if applicable).
- Coordinate with warehouse/factory for stock records, GRN, and dispatch documents; ensure accounting matches physical stock movement.
- Support basic inventory valuation and costing inputs for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods (pasta, kids’ foods, etc.).
- Track scheme/discount accounting, credit notes, debit notes, and promotional expenses as per trade terms.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and coordinate with external CA for final returns and audits.
- Ensure timely TDS deduction, payment, and filing; maintain TDS certificates and working papers.
- Support PF/ESIC compliance coordination for factory/office staff (liaison with HR/CA as needed).
