Job details:
- The candidate must be able to establish controls to ensure error free timely deliverables.
- The candidate must be able to independently manage assigned clients.
- The candidate is responsible for core payroll activities.
- The candidate is responsible for Receipt of pre-payroll input data from the respective FC’s & HRBP’s.
- The candidate is responsible for detailed scrutiny of all inputs in a timely manner.
- To verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- To input new employee details into payroll system.
- To prepare and analyse payroll data using the softwares.
- To validate client input and output by detecting and reconciling payroll discrepancies.
- To co-ordinate with client HR for input observation if needed.
- To upload all the Bank transactions accurately and on time manner.
- To ensure timely salary release.
- Post payroll transaction, ensure appropriate monthly reconciliations in a timely manner.
- To prepare detailed variance analysis for each payroll cycle for all types of pay outs.
- The candidate is responsible for preparation of statutory returns and ensuring compliance to all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, payments and submission deadlines.
- The candidate is responsible for completion of year-end process on time.
- The candidate is responsible for maintaining complete and systematic records relating to employees pay and statutory reports and must be thoroughly conversant with the relevant statutes and payroll regulations.
- To ensure prompt response to queries from internal team or HRBP’s.
- To ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLAs.
- To ensure consistent productivity accuracy performance as per team requirements.
- To ensure the cost allocation details provided by HRBP’s to be implemented on payroll accurately.
Skills required:
- Solid payroll industry expertise.
- Knowledge of APAC
