Job Brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–3 years of hands-onexperience in accounting operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accountingactivities, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end financialprocesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and regular account reconciliations
- Assist in monthly,



quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and support audits
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance
- Support finance team in budgeting, reporting, and MIS preparation

Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in GST compliance, detailed workings, and e-way bill generation
- Managed accounting, inventory, and reconciliations in Tally Prime to streamline reporting
- Skilled in TDS and PT calculations, challan preparation, and timely payments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
