Role Overview
The Architect - BIM will contribute directly to the delivery of live workplace and interior projects through hands-on Revit production, BIM coordination and technical documentation. This is a delivery-focused role for an architect who can understand project requirements quickly, translate design and consultant inputs into coordinated Revit outputs, and work effectively with the Vancouver and wider North American project teams.




The successful candidate should be comfortable owning assigned tasks with reasonable guidance, maintaining model and documentation quality, meeting project timelines, and proactively flagging missing information or coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Technical Documentation
- Develop and update coordinated Revit models, drawings, schedules and details for live workplace and interior projects.
- Translate design intent, consultant backgrounds, project inputs and markups into accurate, coordinated Revit deliverables.
- Interpret comments and markups using Bluebeam Revu / Adobe PDF and incorporate revisions accurately into project documentation.
- Support spatial planning and interior documentation while ensuring outputs align with project standards, scope and programme.
