We're hiring for a defining growth role at a fast-scaling, AI-powered EdTech platform built for K-12 schools
Experience Range - 2-3 years overall
About the company:
An AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K-12 schools, built by former educators and school practitioners who understand classrooms firsthand. Used by 200,000+ educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries , the platform brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle — curriculum, assessments, gradebooks, student portfolios, family communication, reporting — into one AI-powered system, with 50+ integrations across the broader school-tech ecosystem. The mission: give teachers back 10+ hours a week so that time returns to what matters — teaching, learning, and students. Headquartered in India, with a multicultural team spanning 20+ countries.
The role:
Own growth for a revenue region (APAC, Europe, EMEA, Australia, or North America) or a growth vertical (upsell/cross-sell, admissions, new business lines) — co-owning the revenue target with your regional Sales lead and building the bottoms-up,
country-by-country plan to get there.
What you'll own
- Co-own the revenue target for your region/vertical alongside Sales
- Run growth and field marketing — flagship events, education conferences, virtual sessions for educators
- Own events end-to-end (idea → positioning → execution), with support from 1–2 analysts
- Drive outbound and revival — opening recent conversations, reactivating stalled ones
- Partner with Sales on account-based marketing for the biggest schools and school groups
- Partner with SDR teams to drive pipeline and improve conversion
- Travel frequently across your region — typically 5–10 countries a year — to run events, meet school leaders, and represent the company at conferences
- Build deep product understanding and adapt positioning across regions and countries
