This role exists to ensure:
- Every lead is handled with speed and structure
- Every conversation builds trust and reduces uncertainty




- Every follow-up moves the customer closer to decision
- Every interaction contributes to occupancy

If this role is strong → conversions increase, occupancy improves, brand trust builds. If this role is weak → leads drop, inventory stays empty, trust erodes

Your mandate is clear
- Own the customer journey from inquiry → booking → move-in
- Convert leads with clarity, speed, and consistency
- Recommend the right property based on real needs
- Follow up until decision is made
- Maintain robust CRM discipline
- Contribute directly to occupancy

This is not a calling role. This is a conversion ownership role .
