Eligibility Criteria:
⦁ 0 – 30 days Notice Period (Immediate Joiners) Preferred
⦁ Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
⦁ Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
⦁ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
⦁ Candidates must have a registered EP ID

Things To Carry:
⦁ Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
⦁ It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
⦁ Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
⦁ Candidates must carry a passport size photo

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in F&A; - GL activities .




- Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Interaction with the client - Governance calls.
- SLA adherence.
- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred.

Positive to Have:
- Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools.
- Complex Accounting.
- Project Exp on Process Improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MS Office skills.
