We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, identifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team through strategic outreach, effective communication, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through strategic outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Identify and research potential clients based on the company's target market and ideal customer profile.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.




- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Build skilled relationships with prospects and create a positive first impression of the company.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team along with relevant prospect information.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
- Explore new outreach strategies and channels to improve lead generation and appointment conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relations
