We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to strategize and execute end-to-end projects within the Oracle technology stack and contemporary AI domains. In this role, you will lead technical delivery, manage complex project scopes, and champion Agile methodologies while ensuring a strong focus on customer outcomes and continuous innovation.

What will your role look like

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational and customer goals.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and commercial considerations to drive timely resolution.
• Lead technical delivery efficiently to meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
• Track governance, change control, and compliance checkpoints to ensure strict alignment with standards.
• Define and monitor delivery, quality, budget,



and business outcome metrics for transparency.
• Provide concise, data-driven status updates to executive management regarding progress and key actions.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with consistent stakeholder engagement and transparent communication.
