Position: Assistant Purchase Manager
Location: Sola, Ahmedabad
Key Requirements:
Manage procurement of construction materials including cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials. Identify and develop reliable vendors; negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery to project sites. Monitor site-wise inventory, stock levels, material movement, and physical stock verification. Coordinate with site teams, finance, and accounts for procurement and payment-related activities. Maintain procurement records, prepare MIS reports, and support effective cost control. Ensure materials are procured as per BOQ, project requirements, specifications, and timelines. Desired Candidate:




3–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement and Inventory Management within the real estate or construction industry. Must have handled procurement activities for at least one complete real estate/construction project, from initial procurement through project completion. Robust knowledge of construction material procurement and vendor management. Working knowledge of BOQ, ERP/Inventory Management Systems, and MS Excel. Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Should be dedicated, responsible, and loyal towards work and the organization. .
