Elemental Communications is a B2 B sales agency helping foreign companies enter the Adria region. We run multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, Linked In, and cold calling — powered by AI tools and a human-led sales process.
We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing team.
What you will do:
Manage daily Linked In activity across our page and client profiles Send connection requests and follow up on accepted invites Schedule and publish posts, and monitor the first comments Build and verify prospect lists using Linked In and AI tools Keep the CRM updated with lead and pipeline data Prepare short weekly activity reports What we are looking for:
Good English communication skills (written and spoken) Familiar with Linked In and basic sales tools Detail-oriented and self-organized Experience is a plus but not required — we train you What we offer:
