About Job Role:
We are looking for energetic, self-driven professionals to support ASSOCHAM's Healthcare, Pharma, and Wellness verticals. The role offers significant exposure to industry engagement, business development, sponsorship acquisition, membership growth, and event management.
1. Revenue Generation & Sponsorship Development
Support sponsorship acquisition efforts for conferences, webinars, summits, roundtables, and industry initiatives. Identify prospective sponsors, partners, and participating organizations. Conduct outreach through email campaigns, Linked In networking, tele-calling, and meetings. Support achievement of sponsorship, delegate registration, and partnership targets. 2. Membership Growth & Stakeholder Engagement
Identify and engage prospective member organizations across healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and wellness sectors. Promote ASSOCHAM's membership offerings and sector-specific initiatives.



Support onboarding and relationship management activities for new members. 3. Event & Conference Management
Support planning and execution of industry conferences, webinars, workshops, awards, roadshows, and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, delegates, partners, government representatives, and exhibitors. Manage registrations, event logistics, communication, venue coordination, and post-event reporting. Support delegate acquisition and promotional campaigns to maximize participation. Ensure seamless execution of events while adhering to timelines and quality standards. 4. Database & Information Management
Develop and maintain databases containing member organizations, healthcare companies, sponsors, speakers, and industry contacts. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and effective utilization for membership and outreach campaigns. Generate reports and insights from stakeholder databases
