Position Summary
We’re looking for a Deployment Engineer who loves figuring out how things work and, more importantly, how to fix them when they don’t. This is an early-career role for someone with strong technical fundamentals, high curiosity, and the willingness to learn incredibly fast.





You’ll work alongside our Deployment Strategists to keep customer deployments running smoothly. You’ll investigate issues, debug workflows, analyze logs, identify root causes, coordinate fixes with engineering teams, and increasingly become the technical owner for customers.

You don't need years of experience. You do need high ownership, technical curiosity, and the instinct to keep digging until you understand what went wrong.

What You’ll Do
Debug & Solve
- Investigate issues across Confido’s live customer deployments.
- Read logs, trace failures, reproduce problems, and identify root causes.
- Understand how different parts of our product and integrations interact.
- Fix issues directly where possible and work closely with Engineering when deeper changes are required.
- Build a strong understanding of our product, systems, integrations, and deployment architecture.
