Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of end-to-end Australian payroll experience, preferably in complex/high-volume environments.
- Employment Hero Payroll and AU payroll experience – non-negotiable.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll compliance, including PAYG, superannuation, STP, GST and BAS.
- Solid understanding of Fair Work requirements, Enterprise Agreements, Australian taxation, and statutory obligations.
- Experience with payroll reconciliation, reporting, and resolving discrepancies.
