The Role :
We’re seeking a Sales Director who has a solid track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.



(Advantage if with remote sales leadership experience, but not required) This role starts as a hands-on leadership position and is expected to evolve into overseeing Business Development Managers and Appointment setters, developing strategic sales initiatives at a director level.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and drive performance of the current sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales members for rapid performance ramp-up.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scalable processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasting, goal setting, and strategic planning.
- Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through effective team management and performance visibility.
- Succeed in leading innovative and game changing sales
