About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create, verify, and optimize CNC programs using Cimtron CAM software.
- Develop toolpaths for mold bases, precision components, and complex 2D/3D machining.
- Review 2D drawings and 3D models to determine machining strategy.
- Coordinate with design, machining, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Select appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds for different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Troubleshoot machining issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure process standardization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience as a CAM Programmer.
- Strong proficiency in Cimtron software (mandatory).
- Experience in mold base manufacturing or precision machining preferred.
- Positive understanding of CNC milling, drilling, and finishing operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
