We are looking for a passionate and creative Chef / Food Production Professional with strong experience in egg-based food preparation, recipe development, and production operations to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and standardize different varieties of innovative egg-based food products and recipes.
- Experiment with new recipes, flavours, ingredients, cooking techniques, and product concepts.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, portion size, and overall product quality.
- Support the development and improvement of new and existing egg-based products.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the kitchen and food production team.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of production activities and targets.
- Train and guide team members on food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene, food safety,



and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace discipline.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and optimum utilization of raw materials and ingredients.
- Monitor food and raw material wastage and take necessary corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Identify operational, quality, or production-related issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth production operations and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef, Commis Chef, Production Chef, or similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing or food production industry.
- Robust practical knowledge and experience in egg-based cooking and food preparation.
- Ability to develop and prepare multiple varieties of egg-based dishes and food products.
